Hi, I am working for a bank and I usually need to write business letters. I need to reply to business letters in routine and also address customer queries, complaints, grievances etc on daily basis. Sometimes I also need to write letters addressing issues related various to banking laws.
I think writing is one of the most cogent skill to have. You can express to the world, the way you want to. However, one needs to have good vocabulary and flair for writing. Your grammar, diction and tone of words matter a lot. One need to be consistent and inquisitive to improve on writing. I, personally love writing.
I need to improve on my drafting, vocabulary and grammar as well. I am working on it and also learning new words everyday for improving my vocabulary. I read newspaper daily for learn grammar and refer various letters to improve drafting. I want to be good business writer and than creative as well as essay writer.
